Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before 24h won't be charged! Your cancellation link will be on your confirmation email. Valid for 24h prior your appointment. Notification in less than 24h, the appointment will be fully charged for any cancellation/no-show duo sickness or apocalyptic work issue. But don't worry we are not bad guys, you will still receive a receipt so you can claim your reimbursement. And the physio will be compensated for the time reserved - win win situation! :)
